EMPLOYABILITY GAP ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS

ASSESSMENT OF BASIC EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS OF STUDENTS AT MINIMUM COST TO COLLEGE/STUDENT

SET RIGHT BY “RESET”

Campus placement is an annual event which eats up lot of time, money and resources of institutions every year. All institutions expect sufficient “campus recruitment” opportunities for their pass out students and expect majority of students to get selected through these opportunities, as this is directly linked to the growth of the institution.

Every institution remains highly concerned about how many of their students passing out each year are going to get employed. To know the answer of this question you need to know how many of your students are “employable”. This not only applies to students passing out every year but also students who are part of other batches. If you know the employability skill of your students you would be in a position to do something about it. Take corrective actions, make desired interventions.

To surmount this problem faced by the institutions , R.D.Institute of Systematic Learning introduces “RESET” Employability Skill Evaluation Test.

The institution organizing"RESET" for their students will get lot of other mileage by organizing this test. The students scoring well in this test will get viewed by long list of our “clients” who are the employers of fresher’s. Students scoring well in this test may get lot of additional opportunities from our clients.

The institution will also get a comprehensive employability gap “batch assessment report”. The report will also include a suggestion on interventions that the institutions need to improve the employability of their students.

This test is not restricted to pass out batch students only. It is applicable for all batches of all courses, whether undergraduate or post graduate.

Given below is the roadmap for improving employability prospect of the students of institutions

To organize this test please register yourself under the category “institution” giving relevant details and lodge a request to organize the test for your institution.

INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS EMPLOYABILITY GAP ASSESSMENT REPORT WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS :

Students taking “RESET” employability assessment test need to know what assessment has been made by RDISL of their “employability prospect”. RDISL will generate a comprehensive report which will be sent to them on their registered ids

In this report RDISL will inform the student on their achieved score, time taken to complete the questions, their areas in need of improvement.

The report will alsoinform the students the about the plan of action that they need to implement in order to enhance their prospect of employability.

The employability quotient of a student is dependent on many factors like His/Her ability to handle the assessment test, technical and HR round of interviews etc.

RDISL will suggest to the students about the areas in which they need to do work on in order to enhance their ability to handle the tests conducted by “campus recruiters” and their ability to handle the HR round of interview.

Suggestions on improvement in core competency areas will be suggested to students taking “RESET” plus test.

BASIC EMPLOYABILITY SKILL ASSESSMENT OF NEW ADMISSION STUDENTS WITH A ROADMAP FOR THEIR IMPROVEMENT THROUGH QUANT, LANGUAGE AND EMPLOYABILITY SKILL TRAINING

R.D.Institute of Systematic Learning of the opinion which today is universally accepted that to improve the employability of students you got to start working with them from 1st semester and not in the last semester.

Keeping this requirement in mind we are offering all institutions the facility of conducting a “employability assessment test” for all new admission students immediately on their joining the college at a very Minimum COST.

The assessment will be followed by a comprehensive guidance to the management of institutions on the interventions (training programmes on language sill, quantitative aptitude and GD/PI) that they need to implement to improve the employability of these students once they reach the final semester.

This is acknowledged by the industry experts also as the only way of improving the employability factor amongst students.

According to some recent surveys the “employable” students number has fallen to 3% of all students passing out of Indian institutions specially for the IT/ITES sector.
