RDISL CAN RECOMMEND INSTITUTIONS FOR FRESHER RECRUITMENT BASED ON THE QUALITY, NUMBER OF STUDENTS AND LOCATION OF INSTITUTION AT A MINIMUM COST TO EMPLOYER:

As R.D. Institute of Systematic Learning will be evaluating students of a large no of institutions on a pan India basis through its employability assessment test“ RESET" , our knowledge about the institutions on matters of location, number of eligible students, quality of students will be one of our strength area.

Organizations who are interested in conducting campus recruitments but are not sure which institutions z to visit and what to expect in these institution, for the 2015 – 2016 academic year onward.

This service will be offered to the recruiting organizations at a very minimum cost. This service will be offered to only those organizations who wish to plan the entire calendar on our recommendations. RDISL reserves the right of charging a nominal service charge for our services on the institutions recommended for the “campus visit” under this scheme.

GET ACCESS TO INSTITUTION WISE - RDISL ASSESSED STUDENTS DATA BASE AND SCORES:

R.D. Institute of Systematic Learning has taken the assessment of students for their “employability skills” passing out of graduation and post-graduation institutions in India to the next level by offering this facility to all institution at a minimum cost starting with the academic year 2013-2014.

This will enable RDISL to have huge number of colleges from all over India as “beneficiaries” of assessing their students on employability. We have designed our “employability skill” assessment test RESET in a way that it is not only at par with the best the industry has to offer but even better.

We have developed our own question bank of high quality standard questions with each question categorized in different difficulty levels with predefined parameters of skill set evaluation and aptitude assessment.

We are conducting our tests for the students in a way that combination of questions are given at different difficulty ratio which makes our testing more stringent and the students scoring well in this test are actually really good and employable.

We are assessing students on areas which is common to all disciplines namely Quantitative aptitude (All topics including reasoning), English( verbal ability, comprehension, grammar etc.)

For all organizations interested in recruiting fresher’s directly from institutions they can get access to our data bank of institutions and the assessed students with their scores at a minimum cost.

This will enable the organizations to cut out the process of visiting individual institutions for initial evaluation of students thereby cutting out the cost of time, displacement and lost opportunity.

They also can access a much larger pool of students to select their required numbers from in comparison to what they are currently undertaking or are able to undertake.

RDISL will levy a nominal charge on organizations for actually recruiting students out of our assessed students data bank post conducting their interviews.

This “charge” will be “fixed on per selection basis” irrespective of the number of students assessed.

RDISL will also be willing to help locate and organize host institutions for the organizations to conduct their interviews. This can be done for a pooled number of students belonging to a particular location.
